Having worked with Lory Construction on previous fuel sites, when confronted with the opportunity to purchase and redevelop the existing fuel and industrial site on Brisbane Road, we knew our only option for success was to work together with Lorys design and delivery team from conception to completion. Although faced with countless hurdles including ground conditions, difficult access constraints and working within a live industrial precinct, the project was delivered seamlessly and to an extremely high standard of which we expected nothing less. The site, once a dilapidated gold coast icon, now represents one of the highest standard fuel sites on the Gold Coast of which Hope Energy are extremely proud of. We can highly recommend the ability, commitment, and quality of Lory Construction without any hesitation.
